FOTOFOR is a customized application which allows to save information in dedicated CRM system related to POP / Care medical care programs. During visit, application user scans dedicated barcode, choose basic information and fill in related questionnaire. Application is dedicated only for Polish market. To have access, each user must register in the system and be verified by system administrator.
